Return & Refund Policy

OLG Crafts is a brand owned and operated by OLG Enterprises, a registered business based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

At OLG Crafts, we take great care in crafting and curating handmade products that celebrate Indian heritage. As each piece is individually crafted, natural variations in finish and detailing are part of its uniqueness. However, if something isn't right with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility (Domestic Orders – India)

  • Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.

  • Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

    • The product was damaged during transit

    • An incorrect item was received

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with all tags and inserts.

Returns & Refunds for International Orders

  • All international sales are final and not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of:

    • Transit damage (photo proof required within 48 hours of delivery)

    • Incorrect item shipped

  • Due to customs and high-value shipping, we do not accept international exchanges or preference-based returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidents

  • Custom-made or bulk orders

  • Slight variations in size, polish, color, or craftsmanship, which are natural in handmade products

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable, unless the return was due to our error.

Return Shipping Instructions

  • If your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and packing instructions via email.

  • Return shipping is to be arranged and covered by the customer, unless the return is due to damage or our dispatch error.
