We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and imagery. However, as many of our items are handmade by skilled artisans, natural variations in color, texture, detailing, and finish are to be expected — and celebrated. These unique differences are not defects but hallmarks of handcrafted art.

Please note that product colors may also appear differently due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and device displays. While we do our best to represent each item faithfully, we cannot guarantee that the product you receive will be an exact match to the image shown online.

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items without prior notice. While we strive to meet expectations, we cannot guarantee that the quality or appearance of a product will match exactly what is viewed online.

Section 3 – Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Orders are considered accepted only once confirmed by us via email and after payment is received in full.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. We may be unable to accommodate cancellations once an order has been accepted. If we cancel or modify an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via the contact details provided.
