At OLG Crafts, every order is packed with care and shipped from the hands of Indian artisans to your doorstep. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your orders will be delivered.

This policy is issued by OLG Enterprises, trading as OLG Crafts, and applies to all purchases and interactions made through our website.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 4 PM IST will be processed the next working day.

  • During festive seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may take longer — this will be clearly mentioned on the product page.


2. Shipping within India

  • Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days post-dispatch, depending on your location.

  • All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed or sent via WhatsApp once shipped.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and shown at checkout based on your location and order value.

  • We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.


3. International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to selected countries.

  • Delivery time for international orders ranges from 10–15 business days, subject to customs clearance.

  • Shipping rates vary depending on destination, package weight, and carrier. Charges will be shown at checkout.

  • Duties and customs fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High demand or holiday periods

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Customs processing for international orders

We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed in case of any unexpected delays.


6. Risk of Loss & Damages

  • Once an order is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We’ll assist with filing claims or arranging a replacement wherever applicable.


7. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of checkout.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to such issues, we can re-ship it at your expense.
